1) A few days after raising 2,800 billion VND from convertible bonds, CII spent 115 billion VND to buy back part of bond lot CII012029-G. This batch of bonds was issued on January 31, 2019, has a term of 10 years and an issuance value of VND 1,150 billion. After the repurchase transaction, the outstanding value of this batch of bonds decreased to 1,035 billion VND.

 

2) Ninh Thuan Province BOT Company, an indirect subsidiary of CII, has just mobilized 1,200 billion VND bonds with a term of nearly 10 years with an interest rate of 10.5% per year. Specifically, this enterprise has completed the issuance of bond batch BNTCH2433001 with a term of 117 months (equivalent to about 10 years), starting on January 29, 2024, and is expected to mature on October 29, 2033. The issuance value is 1,200 billion VND with the par value of each bond being 100 million VND.

 

3) VCG: Net profit in 2023 reaches 336 billion VND, healthy financial health. VCG shows efforts to strengthen internal strength in an extremely difficult business environment, while clearly showing a clear improvement in cash flow.

 

4) SBT completed 65% of the revenue plan and 56% of the pre-tax profit plan in the first 2 quarters of 2023-2024.

 

5) HOSE notes that 3 stock codes HBC, POM, and HNG will likely be delisted.

 

6) Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (HAG) announces the payment of principal and interest on HAGLBOND16.26 Bonds. The next payment will take place in the first quarter of 2024. Accordingly, HAG announced that it had paid 357.5 billion VND of principal of the HAGLBOND16.26 bond lot on February 2, 2024.
