Senior Marketing Executive

Job Overview
We are seeking a Marketing expert to help us to make better business decisions based on our marketing data. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of financial company or advertising.
Your primary responsibilities will be Advertising on-off line, customer service  and analyzing the results to identify market trends that can help to us improve the efficiency and usability of our financial products and services. You will also be expected to improve marketing tools and maximize the return on our investment.

Job description
1.   Creating marketing goals related to customer acquisition, lead generation and revenue
2.   Conducting market research on competitors to augment marketing efforts
3.   Specifying company’s target customers based on market research 
4.   Cultivating relationship with potential customers to build company’s clientele
5.   Producing and editing contents like social media posts or webinars
6.   Customer relationship management (focused on VN customers)
7.   Analyzing the results of campaigns and making changes to outlast competitors
8.   Collaboration with related parts such as back-office, IB team and financial controller

Job Requirement
1.   Bachelor’s degree  
Marketing, Business Administration and majors related to those are preferred
2.   3-5 years work experience 
In Banking fields or marketing related fields are preferred
3.   Strong English and/or Korean communication skills 
4.   Competency with using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce reports and presentations for clients
